Refund and Returns Policy

At NorthLineRetail, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may request a return within 14 days from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return due to their nature. These include perishable goods, hygiene or personal care items, hazardous materials, and flammable products.

We are also unable to accept returns for gift cards, digital or downloadable products, and selected health-related items.

Proof of Purchase

All returns must be accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase. Returned items should not be sent directly to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, a partial refund may be issued instead of a full refund. This may apply where returned items show signs of use, are damaged, missing components, or are returned outside the 14-day return window for reasons not caused by our error.

Opened or unsealed media, software, or similar products may also qualify for partial refunds only.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, we recommend first checking your bank account or payment statement.

If the refund is not visible, please contact your card issuer or payment provider, as processing times can vary. If the issue persists, contact your bank.

Sale Items

Only items purchased at full price are eligible for a refund. Discounted or sale items are non-refundable unless they are faulty or supplied incorrectly.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us with your order details.

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item will be issued once the return is received.

If the item was not identified as a gift at the time of purchase, any refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Returning Items

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a faulty item or an error on our part.

Delivery times for replacement items may vary depending on location.

For higher-value returns, we recommend using a tracked or insured delivery service. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items that are not sent with tracking.
